About Engineering Entrance By IOE
Entrance Information
IOE conducts an entrance examination for BE/B.Arch usually in the month of Shrawan each year. But this year due to devastating earthquake in Nepal,all examinations have been taken late so result of plus two's will be published a bit late.And hence entrance exam will also be conducted few days later.
120 questions categorized into two groups of 1 mark and 2 marks are asked in the entrance examination which lasts 3 hour.
Subjects:
PHYSICS (50 MARKS) MATHEMATICS (50 MARKS) CHEMISTRY (25 MARKS) ENGINEERING APTITUDE (25 MARKS)ENGLISH (25 MARKS)Total Intake:
- 432 in Central Campus (Pulchowk)
- 950 in other constituent colleges (WRC - Pokhara, Thapathali and Eastern Region - Dharan)
- 2224 in other affiliated colleges i.e. Private colleges.
